Ingredients:
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 small package frozen corn or 1 can of corn
1 small package frozen cut green beans or 1 can of green beans
1 can slice carrots
(Feel free to add any leftover veggies you have, it will only enhance the flavor)
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peeled diced tomatoes
1 package of McCormick's Pulled Pork seasoning (you won't regret this suggestion)
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Layer your crock pot in order, pork on bottom, potatoes, corn, green beans, carrots, onion, and then tomatoes.
Add Pulled Pork seasoning package and water to a large measuring cup, whisk to combine and then pour over crock pot ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low 7 hours. Serve with corn bread for a yummy meal.
