PESTO
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh basil leaves, pack that basil in to ensure full
cup measurement
4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup grated
Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
Directions:
Using your food processor, mix basil, garlic, Parmesan or
Romano cheese, olive oil, and nuts in the bowl and puree until the mixture is a
completely smooth paste.
