Cooking Tip: Flavor Bombs
Have you ever cooked a Roasted Chicken, or even Chicken Wings on a cookie sheet, and had those drippings leftover, but never knew what to do with them? Here is my little secret. I keep a container in the freezer to capture those drippings for future sauces, soups, or gravies. The drippings are wonderful little flavor bombs that help make life easy, give wonderful quick, fast soups, and sauces for other dishes. You can play around with variations of these drippings by creating your own flavorful starters for your own recipes. As long as they're kept in the freezer, you're golden. Just so you know, this happens in most restaurants throughout the world, so it's not just me who does this. Once you have your own variety of flavor bombs stored in your freezer, (be sure to label them), your family and friends will be amazed at the dishes you serve them - filled with exotic or savory flavors that will have them coming back for more.
