London Broil on the Grill
I absolutely love a good piece of meat grill up to perfection over an open fire. The taste is just magnificent. However, as I get older, I love to slow cook my meat with scrumptious marinades before I allow the flames of cooking to touch my meat - gives a better flavor. For example, this lovely London Broil. Here's how ya do it.
Ingredient:
2-3 lb London Broil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Steak Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
Directions:
Large cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil (make sure you have enough foil to fold back over the meat to create a pocket. In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients above, then pour over your meat on the cookie sheet. Fold up the foil to create a pocket, closing up all possible air release areas. Let stand for about 20 minutes while the grill is turned on, and heated to correct medium temperature. If you have a thermometer on your grill, it should read between 250-300 degrees. Place your cookie sheet on the grill and cook slowly for 30 minutes. If your meat is frozen, cook for 60 minutes. Slice it up and enjoy.
