Homemade Egg Drop soup is probably the easiest soup to make.
2 Eggs, whipped
1 can Chicken Broth
1/4 cup chopped scallions (green part of the scallion)
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring Chicken broth to a rolling boil, slowly add whipped egg, then add chopped scallion, stir and let simmer 4-5 minutes on low. Serve with oriental noodles and soy sauce. Enjoy
