Brownie in a Cup

Its summer, hot and humid, but you're craving the velvety smooth taste of a freshly cooked batch of brownies. However, if you turn on the oven, you'll heat up the entire house, so what do you do? You can make a brownie in a cup. Here's how ya do it.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash of salt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons flour

Directions:

In your favorite coffee mug, 12 ounces, place your butter, water, salt and vanilla and place in microwave for 20 seconds (butter needs to melt).  Remove from microwave and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, whisk until smooth and there are no lumps.  Put the cup with all well mixed ingredients into the microwave for 90 seconds.  Once the 90 seconds are up, remove. Place on counter for 90 seconds to cool down. Be very careful the center will be extremely hot, so don't burn your tongue. I recommend a splash of whipped cream on top, then sit back and enjoy. The only dish you will have to wash is that very cup and a spoon. Enjoy.
