Homemade Taco Seasoning

Homemade Taco Seasoning is great to use for taco's, fajita's and even chili, so it's important to this gourmat cook to always have it in the pantry.  Here is my recipe and I suggest that you make some and check it out.

 1 1/2 cup Chili Powder

1/2 cup garlic powder

1 cup plus 1 tbs smoked paprika

1/4 cup Cumin

1/4 cup Coriander

2 tbs Cinnomon

1/4 cup oregano

Mix together completely. When making taco's use 2-3 tablespoons added to ground beef while cooking. Use the same amount for Fajita's. Saute mixture with meat and veggies. It is recommended that for chili you use 4 tablespoons and add additional mixture based on taste. I like a mild chili so 4 tablespoons works for me.
