Ingredients
2 tablespoon coriander
2 teaspoon peppercorns
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon anise seeds
4 large bay leaves
1 teaspoon crushed red
pepper flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and toast in a skillet for a few minutes with melted butter. Set aside and let dry on a baking sheet until all moisture is gone. Then store in an air-tight container. Enjoy!!
