Homemade Barbeque Sauce

 

 

Once you've made your first batch of homemade Barbeque sauce, you'll never purchase store-bought again. This recipe is easy to put together quickly and tastes great on ribs, steaks, hamburgers, and even fish on the grill or in the oven. 


Ingredients:

1 Cup Ketchup

1/3 Cup Molasses

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke (add 1 tablespoon at a time then taste) 

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Pinch of Salt if desired

Directions: 

In a saucepan add Ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, and Molasses together. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until all ingredients have mixed together nicely. Taste test the mixture and adjust your sugar and salt levels as desired. Enjoy!
