Ingredients:
4 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons black ground pepper
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoons smoke paprika (I use Hungarian)
3 tablespoons granulated onion
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together completely. To store this seasoning, place it in an airtight container and store it in a cool dry place.
