steak seasoning recipe




Although I labeled this seasoning recipe Steak, it can be used on a wide range of meat, fish, and veggies, such as chicken, pork, tilapia, cod, sword, and even tuna. I like to also use it to season broccoli, potatoes, string beans, and other veggies that I plan to roast in the oven. 

Ingredients: 

4 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons black ground pepper
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoons smoke paprika (I use Hungarian) 
3 tablespoons granulated onion
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together completely. To store this seasoning, place it in an airtight container and store it in a cool dry place.
