Smoked Salmon Canapes
Having
a party or just at home watching a movie, try this snack or party appetizer on

Ingredients
½
cup Sour cream
2
tablespoons of finely chopped fresh dill
2
tablespoons of finely grated lemon rind
2
tablespoons of finely chopped red onion
2
tablespoons of chopped drained and rinsed baby capers
Directions:
In
a mixing bowl, blend sour cream with fresh dill, zesty lemon rind, minced red
onion, and rinsed baby capers; adjust seasoning. Spread the creamy mixture over
mini toasts. Finish off with slices of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of dill
sprigs for an elegant touch! Enjoy!
