Apple cider vinaigrette offers
a refreshing and zesty kick to salads, crafted from just a few basic
ingredients that you already have in your pantry. It's an ideal complement to
almost any salad and doubles as a flavorful marinade.
Ingredients
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup apple cider
vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon
mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a jar or a bowl, add all
ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients until they are fully combined. Once combined, you’re
ready to rock and roll. Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, or even beef.
Store leftovers in a tightly
sealed container in the refrigerator.
