Balsamic Vinegarette

When making homemade dressings or marinades, you can adjust the portion sizes of the ingredients. I’ve perfected a vinaigrette that reduces oil while amplifying my favorite flavors like balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.

Ingredients

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon smooth Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together until dressing is emulsified and salt is dissolved.
