Ready to elevate your salads? This
quick, 5-minute creamy tahini dressing is the perfect twist on the
ordinary. Its nutty flavor makes it a
fantastic addition not just for greens, but also roasted veggies and grain
bowls. I found myself with no mayo in the fridge and instead used this dressing
mix as a spread and boy oh boy was it awesome.
Ingredients
⅓ cup tahini
⅓ cup water, plus
more to thin if needed
3 tablespoon apple
cider vinegar (sub lemon juice)
1 tablespoon sodium soy
sauce
1 tablespoon dijon
mustard
1 tablespoon maple
syrup
1-2 cloves garlic
⅛ teaspoon garlic
powder
⅛ tsp onion powder
⅛ teaspoon black
pepper, more or less to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a
small bowl and whisk well to combine. Use or store in an airtight container in
the fridge up to 2 weeks.
