Fruit Dressing

 

This dressing is perfect for a fresh fruit salad filled with strawberries, blueberries, Kiwi, Pineapple chunks, and Raspberries or you can spice up a serving of chicken or pork by marinating the meat overnight that you plan to cook on the grill.

Ingredients

zest of one lime

1 ½ tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, and honey. Pour over the fruit and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
