Ingredients
1 teaspoon minced
garlic
2 tablespoons freshly
squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
4 tablespoons extra
virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon yellow
mustard
¼ teaspoon dried
oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly
cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon Parmesan/Romano Cheese minced
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a
glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Or add to a blender and blend on high until
smooth and combined.
Secure in an airtight container
and place in fridge for up to one week.
