Ingredients
12 ounces crumbled or block feta cheese
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, about half a large lemon
2 teaspoons lemon zest about half a large lemon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add 12 ounces crumbled or block feta cheese, 8 ounces
softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2
tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼
teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 pinch red pepper flakes to a food
processor.
Pulse until the feta mixture is completely smooth and
creamy. Serve with pita bread, carrots, crackers, or cucumbers.
