October is being dedicated to Italian cuisine! Each day there will be a different recipe showcasing the wonderful food produced in the towns, valleys and cities throughout Italy. I for one love Italian food and have made every one of the recipes showcased this month, thanks to my Italian cooking mentor, Momma Videccia. Try them and enjoy learning new recipes.
