Peach Bellini

Are you in the mood for a delightful cocktail to pair with your Italian appetizers? Try the Bellini! This sparkling mix of peach juice and prosecco hails from Venice, created by Giuseppe Cipriani in the 1940s. It’s named after painter Giovanni Bellini, capturing the essence of his vibrant orange hues. Cheers!

1 cup of prosecco (chilled)

Instructions:

In a blender, mix ingredients together and serve in a champagne glass. Enjoy
