Taffy Apple Salad offers a delightful, no-bake treat
brimming with crunchy diced apples, salty peanuts, Skor bits (taffy), and
fluffy mini marshmallows. All these tasty ingredients are combined in a creamy
mixture of Cool Whip and vanilla pudding. Perfect for gatherings or as a sweet
indulgence at home!
Ingredients
3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 red delicious apples, diced
2 granny smith apples, diced
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup Skor bits
2 cups of salted peanuts
Toppings
Top with additional diced apples, mini marshmallows, Skor
bits, salted peanuts, and caramel sauce if desired
Instructions
Pour the vanilla pudding mix and milk into a large mixing
bowl. Whisk well.
Add the caramel sauce to the bowl and whisk well again.
Add the diced apples to the bowl and stir until they are
coated in the pudding mixture.
Add the Cool Whip and stir until it is well combined with
the pudding mixture.
Add the mini marshmallows, Skor bits, and salted peanuts to
the bowl.
Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at
least an hour.
Top with additional diced apples, mini marshmallows, Skor
bits, salted peanuts and caramel sauce just before serving if desired. Serve
and enjoy!
