Artichoke & Spinach Dip
One of the best things about this recipe is that it’s a meal
within itself. If you love spinach and artichoke oh and Alfredo sauce like I do,
you will love this recipe for sure. So here it goes, it’s really simple and
fast to make.
Ingredients:
1 can or jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped up.
1 frozen package of spinach thawed and completely drained.
1 jar of creamy Alfredo sauce (10 ounces).
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Romano cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ package of cream cheese softened and at room temperature
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon basil
4 whole garlic cloves
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Place garlic in baking dish
Bake garlic until soft about 20-30 minutes. Let cool while
you combine other ingredients
In a bowl, add artichoke hearts cut up along with spinach,
alfredo sauce, and all cheeses and mix well. Squeeze garlic out of skins and mix
into the bowl until combined completely. Then spread the mixture into an 8x8 baking
dish.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheeses are melted
and bubbling. Serve warm with pita chips or fresh bread. Enjoy
