Pet food recipe for cat or dog

It's time to give your cat or dog a treat of real food that doesn't have preservatives or other harmful chemicals in their store-bought foods, dry and canned foods. The following recipe is packed with flavor that can be consumed by either of your animals and your human family too. I've been asked to share some recipes that would help save money for both humans and feed your animals too. So for the next few months, I'm going to include a recipe to share with your animals. They deserve a treat every so often don't you agree?

Today we will discover a simple recipe that can be made over the holidays or any time of the month that will include chicken livers, hearts, or even beef liver or hearts.

4 Chicken thighs with bone
7 oz chicken liver
14 oz chicken heart
8 oz water
4 raw eggs
2 1000 mg turine supplement tablets (powder only)
Salmon oil (use 4-6 fish oil supplements
200 mg vitamin B supplement table ground up
200 mg vitamin E supplement table ground up
1 tsp iodized salt

In a pot add your chicken, liver and hearts to pot with 2 cups of water. Simmer until all is cooked, about 30 minutes on medium heat. In a bowl combine dry supplements with eggs and a bit of water to create a slurry. Once meat is cooked, remove from broth and let cool. Once cooled, chop up and set aside for a few minutes. Add your fish oil supplements to 1 cup of broth until completely resolved. Combine ground meat mixture with broth slurry until completely mixed together. I used to use an ice cube tray to divy up the mixture and freeze it as a treat for my dog a few times a week. My neighbor used the ice cubes for their cat as a treat also.  This recipe can be frozen for up to three months.
