Brie with Cranberries

Hosting a holiday party or special occasion, and you’re searching for a delightful appetizer that's both simple and impressive for the gathering?  This warm, creamy brie round is adorned with tart cranberries and crunchy almonds. With just 5 ingredients and only 5 minutes of prep time, it’s perfect for those unexpected guests or festive celebrations. Your friends and family will love this easy yet elegant treat!

ingredients

  • 1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 package cracker squares

Instructions

Heat oven to 325°F. Place cheese on a cookie sheet or in a serving dish. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened.

Spoon cranberry sauce over cheese; sprinkle with almonds. Bake for about 5 minutes longer or until sauce is heated. Serve with crackers.
