Pissaladière is the French equivalent of the Italian Pizza but
with a twist. It’s a delightful Provençal dish featuring a savory crust topped
with salty anchovies, briny black olives, caramelized onions, and fragrant
garlic covered with either shredded mozzarella cheese or gruyere cheese. Throw In
some herbs such as thyme and rosemary to elevate its flavor profile.
Traditionally served as an appetizer or snack in southern France, it's highly
recommended for anyone seeking authentic Mediterranean cuisine!
