Meals for one

April is going to be a recipe for one person. As I live alone and only have to cook for myself without a ton of leftovers, I've come up with 31 recipes to cover me for the month without any fuss and multiple uses for various meats and seafood. I hope you enjoy it because I enjoy cooking for a platoon but cooking for one person is harder than cooking for over 100 people per night.
