Ingredients
4 lb. pork shoulder roast
1 large onion, diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ⁄2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 ⁄4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1 ⁄2 Tsp dried thyme
2 tablespoons liquid smoke

Instructions
Dice onion
Place the pork roast in the slow cooker.
Add barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar & chicken broth,
brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion, garlic, thyme, and liquid smoke.
Cook on high 6 hours or low 10 hours.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker, and shredthe meat.
Return shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir the meat into
the juices.
Spoon pork onto the buns and serve with coleslaw on top.
