Dill Sauce

 



Indulge in this dreamy Dill Sauce—fresh, creamy, and bursting with flavor! It's the ideal companion for salmon, veggies, or as a delightful dip. Crafted with simple ingredients in just five minutes!

Yields ¾ cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of mayonnaise

1 small garlic clove, finely minced, or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or garlic powder

3–4 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

1–2 teaspoons lemon juice

salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Whisk sour cream, mayo, and garlic in a small bowl.

Add fresh dill, lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper. Mix, taste, and add salt to taste. Adjust lemon and pepper to your liking.

Dill sauce will keep up to 4 days in the fridge.
