Horseradish Sauce

You can elevate your meat, chicken, or seafood dishes with this luscious Horseradish Sauce!  It’s a breeze to whip up and pair beautifully with any of the foods mentioned above. Perfect for impressing at any dinner table! I must admit I never liked horseradish until my brother-in-law who was a Michelin Star Chef introduced me to it one New Year’s Eve when he served Prime Rib with Horseradish Sauce. I was hooked after that meal. Now I make it when in the mood for a steak or a piece of grilled salmon. I also love virgin bloody Mary’s with fresh horseradish in it. YUM!

Ingredients

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon chopped chives

½ teaspoon salt

¼ ground black pepper

Instructions

Collect the ingredients, chop up the chives, and dump everything in a bowl.

Stir until well combined, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
