Lemon Butter Sauce

I have always used this recipe when I make Shrimp Scampi. The sauce can also be used to cover, roasted veggies, or just need a quick sauce for pasta on the night you don’t feel like cooking a lot of food. However, I say once you have this lemon butter sauce recipe, get creative with it! It's incredibly versatile and enhances many dishes. For a quick weeknight meal, toss it with your favorite pasta, sautéed greens. You can even elevate your homemade pasta with this delightful sauce!
