Want a new buttery sauce for your seafood dishes, try whipping
up this zesty lemon caper butter sauce! A delightful and versatile topping that
elevates fish, pasta, or chicken to new heights. Drizzle it over salmon, tilapia, cod, or even
boiled potatoes for a burst of flavor!
Ingredients
2 ounces salted butter
2 Tablespoons caper crushed
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1½ Tablespoons garlic chopped
1 Tablespoon parsley finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste optional
Instructions
Place a skillet on
low medium heat, once the pan is hot add butter. Be sure to keep an eye as the
butter doesn’t need to be brown for this recipe.
Add the crushed capers and chopped garlic to the melted
butter and stir to combine for about a minute or two or just until the garlic
is soft.
Stir in the lemon juice, add chopped fresh parsley and stir
to combine
Simmer for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally for the
flavor to meld. Take off the heat and serve immediately. Enjoy with some
freshly cooked fish, pasta, or even chicken.
