Tuna snacks can be made for yourself for lunch, or just as a snack. What's even better, you can make these on fancy crackers for a party during the holidays. They're quick and simple items to create and decorate.
Single Serving:
1 can tuna
1 celery stalk
2 tsp dried onions
1 tsp celery salt
Mayonnaise
Crackers
For a party, double the above recipe to make approximately 20 crackers. Assemble just before party starts.
Directions:
Open and drain tuna can of any oil or water. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together evenly. 1/2 teaspoon of mixture to one cracker. You can decorate the top with either a slice of black or green olive, or thin slice of baby tomato, or a small bit of dill. Use your imagination and have fun. Enjoy.
