Crock Pot cooking for One

August is Crockpot Cooking month. If you cook for yourself, then all you need is a mini-crockpot like this. Cost is about $15-25 and is perfect for making one to two meals for one person. I use mine all the time and love it.

So let's make August Crockpot Cooking month wonderful by trying new recipes together. I've tried every recipe I plan to include in this months postings and have enjoyed all of them.
