Chicken Sandwich



This sandwich is so simple and easy to make, you'll wonder why you haven't been making it your entire life.

Ingredients:

2 piece of chicken tender, or 1/2 a thin slice of chicken breast (cut long)
slices of yellow squash
slices of zucchini
2 stalks of asparagus cut in half
3 teaspoons Olive Oil
1/4  cup Chicken Broth
Roll, thin sandwich slices, or you can use basic bread
Asian Five Spice seasoning

Directions:

Season Chicken, then saute in 1 1/2 teaspoons of Olive Oil until juices begin to run clear. When you turn over your Chicken add in the vegetables and the Chicken broth. Simmer until juices are boiled away and the veggies are cooked.  I serve this sandwich with horseradish sauce to help give it that little extra kick. Enjoy.
