20 Bay scallops washed and papertowel dried.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Once cooked al dente of course, drain and set aside for a minute.
In a skillet pan melt some butter with a little olive oil and once it begins to heat up, add scallops and cook until slightly golden brown. just before you remove the scallops from pan, add a dollop per serving of pesto sauce to the pan and be sure to coat the scallops completely with the pesto sauce.
Place pasta on dish and add some of the scallop and pesto sause mixture to the pasta and mix them together coating the pasta. Add garlic bread and serve.
Quick and easy dish. Enjoy.
