Most cooks believe that there is only one type of curry, and is associated with India, but that is not true. There are various kinds of curry with varied tastes that add flavor and spice to your dishes - there is Moroccan curry, Asian curry, Thai Curry, Nigerian curry, and many others. The following recipe is for Indian Curry.
Ground up 3 Cardamon pods into a powder
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground chili powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp fennel seed
Ground all ingredients into a fine powder and store in an airtight jar
