Grilled Chicken Marinade
For optimal flavor infusion, consider pre-marinating your
meats by simply placing them in freezer bags along with your favorite marinade.
Seal the bag tightly and allow the meat to soak up the flavors for up to 12
hours before cooking. If using fresh meat, you can marinate it and then freeze
it for later use. This simple step can elevate the taste of your dishes and
make meal preparation a breeze.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Marinade
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy
sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar nor maple syrup
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour over your chicken in a Ziploc
bag. Marinate for juicy goodness in just
1 hour if you’re in a hurry or leave it to soak up the flavors for up to 6-12
hours in the fridge. Grill, bake, or broil to your preferred desired recipe or
dinner plans.
