Ingredients
2-3 TBS Brown
Sugar
2 TBS Cumin
1½ – 2 TBS Kosher Salt – to taste
1 TBS Smoked Paprika
1 TBS Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
Gather all your spice ingredients for the rub and measure
them into a medium-sized bowl. If you're prone to spills, use smaller prep
bowls first—it's a great way to avoid mistakes!
Mix everything well with a fork or spoon until no clumps of brown sugar
remain.
Store it in an airtight container
for up to 3 months. I use mini mason jars like these to store my rubs and
blended spices in.
Sprinkle generously on meats
before grilling!
