I came up with this recipe a few years ago when a friend of
mine was craving a Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Coffee and I didn’t feel like
driving in a snowstorm to get them one and I didn’t have any pumpkin pie spice
in my pantry. So, I came up with this recipe for her.
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
1 ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
Instructions
Add ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves to
a bowl and mix.
Transfer to an airtight jar or container to store for up to 6
months.
Alternatively, you can add all the spices to a jar, put on
the lid and shake it up to combine all the spices.
