Ingredients
1/4 cup of salt
2 tablespoons
paprika
1 tablespoon onion
powder
1 tablespoon dried
thyme
1 tablespoon white
pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons
cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Add mixture to a
small food processor and blend until a fine powder is created. Then add the mixture to a glass jar for storage. I use mason jars, which allow me to use 2 tablespoons of seasoning for one rotisserie chicken.
