Easy Cole Slaw

Mrs. Cohen used to say that a summer cookout wasn’t a summer
cookout without homemade coleslaw. She was correct. I’ve been hooked on her Cole
Slaw recipe ever since. Get ready for summer with this quick and easy
traditional coleslaw recipe!

sandwiches, it's an essential addition to any backyard gathering.
Creamy dressing and crunchy veggies complement smoky grilled
meats perfectly—just imagine that saucy pulled pork sandwich loaded with fresh
coleslaw!
Ingredients
14 ounce coleslaw mix, with red cabbage and carrots (Or
shred your own cabbage and carrots)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Apple Cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and
pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until fully combined.
Add in the coleslaw and stir well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
