Best Dry Rub for Chicken, Ribs, Pork Roast or even fish.

 


Easy Rub mixture that can be made ahead of time and stored in airtight container for long term use. 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon allspice

Directions: 

Mix all the above spices together and place in an airtight jar or container to store for up to a year.  Be sure to shake the container before every use to ensure the mixture is well blended. Enjoy
