Ingredients
2 teaspoons Kosher
Salt
1 teaspoon black
pepper
1 teaspoon smoked
paprika
1 teaspoon garlic
powder
½ teaspoon onion
powder
2 tablespoons light
brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried
thyme
1 teaspoon dried
sage (or 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix
all ingredients completely. Store in airtight mason jar or container for up to
6 months.
