Buffalo Spice Rub

 Ingredients

2 teaspoons chili powder  

2 teaspoons sea salt  

2 teaspoons paprika I prefer Hungarian

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more to taste)

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Store in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 6 months.
