Have you ever been curious about the ingredients in Montreal
steak seasoning? I know I have so I
began experimenting on mixing my blend of spices and came up with this recipe. It’s not only great on beef, but also chicken,
fish, lamb and BBQ recipes too.
Ingredients
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Dill Seed or Dill Weed your choice
Instructions
Add all the spices to a small bowl and mix to combine. Store
in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
