Jerk Seasoning Recipe

 

Unleash the flavor of the Islands with this Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Rub! This iconic spicy dry rub combines brown sugar with 14 unique herbs and spices, creating the ONLY seasoning blend you’ll ever need. I love crafting my own mixes to ensure they're credible Seasoning blends! Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is great on chicken, pork, seafood, or steak—and can easily transform into a delicious marinade!

Ingredients

 1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp ground allspice

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp dried marjoram

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months or longer depending on your container. I use a mason jar and seal it with a Magic Genie.
