Ingredients
2 tablespoons sea salt, or kosher salt
2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground mustard
1 tablespoon granulated garlic, or garlic
powder
1 tablespoon granulated onion, or onion
powder
1 tablespoon celery seeds
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6
months.
Notes
This recipe makes 12 tablespoons of homemade meatloaf
seasoning. If you’d like to make a double batch of the seasoning, simply double
the ingredient list above.
I recommend using 3 tablespoons of meatloaf seasoning for a
meatloaf with 2 pounds of meat.
