Southwestern Spice Blend Mix

 

 

 

I believe elevating your cooking with a zesty Southwest seasoning blend, packed with herbs and spices that capture the essence of the American Southwest. Ideal for enhancing Mexican dishes, marinating meats, or adding flair to slow cooker recipes, this spice mix will quickly become essential in your kitchen. 

Ingredients

1/4 cup chili powder

1/4 cup ground cumin

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp black pepper coarse ground

1 tbsp ground coriander

1 tbsp Mexican oregano

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions

Gather your ingredients in a small mixing bowl and combine all the spices to incorporate them evenly. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to a small mason jar or spice jar. Be sure to label your jar for easy identification.
