Ingredients

21 ounces chocolate bars

7 matzo squares

1 small bottle sweet kosher wine (Moscato Wine) or grape juice

whipped cream or Mascarpone Cheese

Instructions

Melt chocolate bars to a silky smoothness in a double boiler or microwave.

Soak matzos in sweet wine (Moscato) or grape juice for 60 seconds—don’t let them get mushy! 

Layer moistened matzos with rich chocolate, stacking up to seven layers of deliciousness.

Chill until set, then slice and serve! Elevate your creation with whipped cream or Mascarpone Cheese and nuts if desired. Enjoy every bite!
